Morningstar’s B2B email system hadn’t been updated in years causing its look and feel to be woefully out of sync with the B2B website, the final destination for much of the marketing email traffic.

Design partnered with marketing to identify popular email types and from there I led the creation of a system that offered templates for the company’s most popular email types, but was flexible enough to allow for marketers to let their imaginations run (sort of) wild.
